High-performance welding machine specially designed for professional tarpaulin and PVC fabric welding operations. Performs precise welding operations on various fabric types with temperature control up to 600°C. Offers flexible operation with 220V power supply, 3.5 kW power consumption, and 0-20 m/min speed adjustment.


The machine operates with optimized temperature settings for different materials such as blade tarpaulin, colored striped fabric, semi-coated tarpaulin, and PE tarpaulin. Can perform wide-area welding operations with 30-40mm seam width. Provides portability and easy storage with compact 60x50x145cm dimensions.


An empty test must be performed before using the machine. The blower function must be active during heating, and for cooling, heating should be turned off first and blower should be stopped after temperature drops to 80°C. Recommended temperature ranges for different fabric types are indicated on the machine.






Features
-- Total power is 4 kW and must be operated with 220 V single-phase power.
-- Before operating the entire machine, it must be tested with an empty run. When it works without problems and hot air can melt the coating, it can be officially used. The equipment's maximum temperature can reach 600℃.
-- During heating, the blower function must be on at the same time. When closing for cooling, the heating function must be turned off first and the blower device can only stop operating after the temperature drops to 80℃.
-- Heat-treated fabric is passed through the short axis and new fabric is placed from the long axis. Temperature reference for different fabrics:



-- Blade tarpaulin 460℃ - 480℃,
-- Colored striped fabric 220℃-240℃
-- Semi-coated tarpaulin 440℃-460℃
-- PE tarpaulin 260℃ - 280℃
